Very HOT market that has never really slowed down, is getting even better.Established in April of 2020 as a demolition and excavation company, we have grown to do much more. We have secured an A-12 & A-13 contractor’s license. Month after month we have steadily grown to take on more intricate and detailed projects, however we are very picky as to what jobs we do take on and I have worked very hard to build healthy and long lasting relationships with our customers/clients. Most of our work is in the private sector, coming from our top 3 position on google Ads and organically on page 1. We do however have a few existing commercial clients and retain an account with Building Connected, averaging 1-4 invites daily that currently aren’t pursued. Should you want to do commercial work only, everything you need is ready to take it to that level and possibly do a million plus in the first year. 2021 was 380k revenue with an average of 35% margins and the first full year. The purchase of this business includes a 2012 bobcat, 2014 bobcat, 2021 cat mini excavator, 2009 chevy 2500 diesel service truck, 2020 14k Diamond C dump trailer and a large amount of demolition tools, an amazing website that gets a lot of compliments and a very simple catchy name that resonates. Company has established credit with equipment loans and lines of credit in place. Reason for selling the company is due to health issues that may keep me down permanently. I can stay on as the qualified employee and will be a hands on mentor until you pass the exams required by the contractor’s board to take over the company. In addition to selling the business, I will consider selling my home in Henderson, which is home base for the office and equipment to the buyer as finding a home in Las Vegas is extremely difficult right now.
